Refund policy

 There are NO refunds or exchanges at this time. 

Please note that items may be ship from different warehouses and/or separately; therefore, if the item delivered by vendor is incorrect and need assistance, please email our support team at heavenly_fashion@outlook.com with the subject: "Incorrect Item" and include your order number, picture(s), and name within 48 business hours of "received" confirmation that will be provided by shipping company.

In order to be eligible for a return on (Incorrect Item) ALL return items must be: 

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and your tracking number that was giving to you after your order was mailed out originally
  • Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above and will be subject to denial 
  • Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold
  • Handbags & Purses sold with a dust bag must be returned with their original dust bag
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box, it should be packed in a separate box 
  • Items must be returned with ALL vendor tags attached

Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.

Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change your order after its process

 Non-returnable items:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, clearance, markdown items, or gift cards
  • All accessories, such as but not limited to, all jewelry, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, rings, are FINAL SALE
  • All hair accessories are FINAL SALE
  • Hats, caps are FINAL SALE
